In this edition of Strange World Radio we discuss our personal experiences "Living The Matrix" in sharing several strange and highly unusual paranormal occurrences involving the photographic capture of plasma like orbs and ufo's apparently monitoring our daily existence, along with other unexplainable moments which almost feel like we are living in an actual matrix. Frank Edwards Stranger Than Science

In 1948, Edwards received an advance copy of "Flying Saucers Are Real," a magazine article written by retired U.S. Marine Corps. Major Donald E. Keyhoe. Though already interested in the UFO reports that had earned widespread publicity since 1947, Edwards was captivated by Keyhoe's claims that the U.S. military knew the saucers were actually extraterrestrial spaceships. Edwards began mentioning UFOs on his radio program, and wrote several books on the subject. He was fired from the radio program in 1954, for reasons that remain uncertain. His interest in UFOs was believed to be a factor, but Edwards' editor and friend Rory Stuart wrote AFL President George Meany insisted that Frank Edwards not mention any competing labor union CIO labor leaders on his program. Edwards flatly refused and was fired. And in spite of thousands of letters in protest of his dismissal, Edwards was not reinstated where after being fired from Mutual, Edwards continued working in radio, mostly at smaller local stations where he eventually created and hosted a syndicated radio program, Stranger Than Science, which discussed UFOs and other Forteana. In 1959 he published a book with the same title that was largely a collection of his radio broadcasts. His limbs were in proportion, and I had selected his features as beautiful. Beautiful! – Great God! His yellow skin scarcely covered the work of muscles and arteries beneath; his hair was of a lustrous black, and flowing; his teeth of pearly whiteness; but these luxuriance's only formed a more horrid contrast with his watery eyes, that seemed almost of the same color as the dun-white sockets in which they were set, his shriveled complexion and straight black lips. There has always existed a fascination in such subjects as immortality and reanimating the deceased. Which many people will tell you that bringing the dead back to life would be considered by most an abomination against God. And yet the very thought of such an act would likewise be considered horrific and terrifying to even contemplate. But for young Mary Shelley, author of the 1818 novel "Frankenstein", I believe inspired from an actual nightmare she experienced, and one which was suggested had came about after a night of high society sexual debauchery, did such a horrific and yes, pitiful creation begin stalking its way purposely through the imaginations of many generations to come. Frankenstein had also been responsible for launching the Hollywood career of Boris Karloff after the role had been refused by actor Bela Lugosi who honestly just couldn't get the role of Dracula out of his blood.

In Crowley's own words: For many years I had loathed being called Alick, partly because of the unpleasant sound and sight of the word, partly because it was the name by which my mother called me. Edward did not seem to suit me and the diminutives Ted or Ned were even less appropriate. Alexander was too long and Sandy suggested tow hair and freckles. I had read in some book or other that the most favourable name for becoming famous was one consisting of a dactyl followed by a spondee, as at the end of a hexameter: like "Jeremy Taylor". Aleister Crowley fulfilled these conditions and Aleister is the Gaelic form of Alexander. To adopt it would satisfy my romantic ideals. The atrocious spelling A-L-E-I-S-T-E-R was suggested as the correct form by Cousin Gregor, who ought to have known better. In any case, A-L-A-I-S-D-A-I-R makes a very bad dactyl. For these reasons I saddled myself with my present nom-de-guerre I can't say that I feel sure that I facilitated the process of becoming famous. I should doubtless have done so, whatever name I had chosen. Aleister Crowley, October 12, 1875 – December 1, 1947 was an English occultist of tremendous charisma and intellectual prowess which was applied toward all things arcane creating a reality both magickal and serving a supernatural conjuration from ancient lands. Magick is far more than store bought items or cataloged trinkets as such items only enhance what must prior exist in the form of an preternatural being in giving any such additions power and ultimate purpose. Crowley was one such man. I created the following podcast which blends the poetic magickal renderings as spoken by Crowley himself with that of the majestic beauty and sheer intensity of the storm which only serves in adding more potency to the imagination of any listener. The power of love is known for causing the greatest agony, a longing and wanting of such desire for the one we want to have and share togetherness. Natural love. Then there are times when a man or woman may love another who may not share such feelings for their heart may belong to another, or there may exist no spark of compatibility, which then may cause the one with such heavy heart to forget and go on with their life. But often such people with mind and souls filled with longing have been known to turn towards alternate means of power and fulfillment only acquired by the very powers of magick and supernatural manipulation of the human heart. Such magick has been known to work against the human will and natural course of events but often at a price, for any magick spell which may force any type of natural behavior against its will, may always fight against such power if it was never meant to be. But such desire for true love may also lead those involved down a darkened path paved by despair and perpetual longing where two souls may become forever bound. It is said that love is blind, or described as feeling like that of an illness, where many have even describe it as being possessed.
